The first level of Pennsylvania's judicial system is the minor courts, also known as the people's court, where individuals can resolve disputes typically involving smaller amounts of money or property. In this presentation, hear directly from a magisterial district judge on the specific work he does, what warrants taking legal action, how to come to court prepared, and what to expect inside a courtroom.
