In 2019, PMC published the Handbook on Rules and Procedures for Landlord-Tenant Relations in the Fifth Judicial District - Allegheny County, with the support of the Pittsburgh Foundation. 

This three-page document is intended to be used as a supplement to the handbook. It defines some major terms and briefly outlines some of the rules and processes discussed in the handbook.
